Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are
This shop, cloudythings.art, is run by Cloudy Things, operated by [your name], an individual activity registered in Lithuania. Our full seller details are on the Legal notice page. You can reach us at support@cloudythings.art.

2. What we sell
We sell digital colouring books as downloadable PDF files. We do not ship any physical items.

3. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. Payments are processed by Stripe, and we never see or store your card details.

4. Delivery and downloads
After payment, the download links appear on the order confirmation page and are also sent to your email. Each link can be used up to 3 times. Please save your files after downloading. If a link stops working or a file won’t open, contact us and we will send you a new one.

5. Your licence
When you buy a colouring book, you get a personal licence to print the files as many times as you like for yourself, your family, or your own home or classroom use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, upload or publish the files or pages, in whole or in part, including on file-sharing sites. You may not use the artwork to train AI image tools.

6. Intellectual property
All illustrations, text and designs are © Cloudy Things 2026. All rights are reserved. Buying a file gives you the licence in section 5, not ownership of the artwork.

7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers in the EU normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, you lose this right once the download begins, but only if you have agreed to that. At checkout we ask you to confirm: “I agree that my download starts immediately, and I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once it begins.” Our Refund and Return Policy explains when we will help you even after that point.

8. Printing results
How a page looks when printed depends on your printer, ink, paper and settings, which we can’t control. For the best results, print at 100% (“Actual Size”). Small differences in colour or cropping between printers are not a fault in the product.

9. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for providing files that match their description and can be used as described. If a file is faulty or missing, we will fix it, replace it or refund you. We are not liable for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Your data
We use your name, email and payment details only to process your order and to support you. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you place your order applies to that order.

12. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at support@cloudythings.art, and we will do our best to solve it quickly. If we can’t, you can contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania. These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, including your right to bring a claim in your local courts.
